Welcome to the Embassy Complex site (’’Site’’) operated and controlled by Embassy Management Ltd (’’The Company’’) of St. Lucia Street, Valletta. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using and accessing this Site you are signifying your agreement with the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please exit the Site immediately.
The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time and by your continued use of the Site, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

By registering as a web user, you are agreeing to be sent information on certain films as well as other related information about any products, promotions or activities being done by Embassy Management Ltd.
Should you decide to opt out of receiving any or all of the above mentioned type of information from us, or if you no longer wish us to process your information as stipulated above, please unsubscribe by amending the details on your web profile.
Purchasing of Online Cinema Tickets
Purchased tickets are to be printed in good quality print or else saved on a mobile or tablet device and presented at Embassy Cinema entrance. Printed or saved tickets on mobile or tablet devices should be complete and clear enough to be identified, in particular the barcode present on each ticket. Management will only accept customers who present the purchased tickets in a printed or saved form at the cinema entrance. Management will not be held responsible if customers are refused entry to the cinema if purchased tickets or barcode of each ticket are not presented.
The company uses the APCO Payment Gateway. All personal details are encrypted and no credit card details are stored by The Company or by APCO. While the company has endeavoured to make payment as secure as possible, the user understands that some risks may still exist and that any loss of personal data cannot result in liability of the Company.
Usernames and passwords
Please note that you are responsible for the usernames and passwords that you use on the Site. You should keep them confidential at all times and should change them periodically. Should you believe that anyone else has gained access to your username and password you should change it immediately.
Refunds
Any tickets purchased are final and are non-refundable. You are responsible for the correct details that you submit including correct show and date. The Company cannot be held responsible for any customer errors. If the transaction is not completed then no funds will be taken out of your account.
Proof of age
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises of Embassy CinemaWorld Ltd of persons in possesion of a ticket if proof of age is not produced when requested at the ent-rance to its premises.
Website Availability
Online Booking is a service offered by Embassy Management Ltd and they reserve the right to discontinue or limit its usage.
Ticket availability
The sale of online cinema tickets is subject to availability.
Price of the ticket
The price of the ticket will be clearly displayed on the screen prior to the transaction. The price of entrance to the cinema may change at any time at the sole discretion of the management.
Liability
Occasionally due to unforeseeable circumstances, a particular show may be cancelled or delayed. The Company cannot be held responsible for any amount other than the actual cost of the purchased cinema tickets, which will be refunded accordingly nor to comunicate this cancellation to the ticket holder.
Resale
By purchasing tickets online you warrant that the tickets are for your personal enjoyment only and are not for resale.
Data Protection Policy
The Company abides and operates according to the Data Protection Legislation. We only collect information that has been given to us by the client. Credit Card Details are never collected by The Company. or any of its subsidiary companies. We will never pass on any of your details to any third parties without your permission. The information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act to process your online request as well as for administrative and historical purposes.
